They are expanding into the Atlanta industrial market-and looking for a Director of Acquisitions, Atlanta Market Lead to take the reins, build the market, and help lay the foundation for something big.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage existing industrial relationships and build strong broker, owner, and off-market network in Atlanta
  • Foster deep knowledge of the Atlanta industrial market - immerse yourself in the market-and stay ahead of it
  • Source industrial real estate acquisition opportunities independently
  • Underwrite cash flow models of potential acquisition opportunities confidently
  • Know how to evaluate underwriting levers, structures, risks, and returns
  • Communicate clearly and acquisitions through the pipeline with urgency
  • Consistent sourcing of qualified industrial acquisition opportunities
  • Strong, growing network of broker, owner, and market relationships
  • High conversion rate from sourcing to executed LOIs
  • Timely and accurate underwriting analysis
  • Active and organized pipeline reporting to the Executive Director of Acquisitions and Investment Committee. 
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of independently driving new acquisitions from sourcing through Closing
  • Relationships in the Atlanta market
  • Experience managing a pipeline of active acquisitions and presenting opportunities clearly
  • Experience underwriting industrial transactions
  • Highly skilled at multitasking
