We are seeking a Director of Business Development who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and creating new opportunities in the market. This role is designed for a true hunter. The Director of Business Development will play a key role in expanding Encore Village’s presence in the healthcare and professional referral community while generating qualified leads for our internal sales team.

Position Summary

The Director of Business Development is responsible for generating new referral relationships and driving qualified leads through strategic outreach, networking, and community engagement.

This role requires someone who is highly visible in the market and comfortable building relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys prospecting, developing partnerships, and identifying opportunities that help seniors and their families find the right next step in their journey.
