Position Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct the design, implementation and administration of Uline's employee benefits programs that support business objectives.

  • Partner with leadership and vendors to evaluate benefits plans and keep offerings competitive.

  • Oversee leave of absence and workers' compensation programs for consistent, compliant administration.

  • Guide and develop the Benefits team and committees, building a positive, high-performing culture.

  • Work with our in-house Creative team to simplify complex benefits information into clear, engaging employee communications.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations while supporting reporting, audits and program integrity.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field.

  • 12+ years of experience managing employee benefits with 5+ years in a leadership role.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

  • Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or other HR certification preferred.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems. Workday a plus.

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
