Job description

As a VP, AI Partnership Strategy, you will be tasked with owning and defining SentinelOne's AI partnership vision at the most senior level, setting the agenda for how we engage the world's most consequential AI ecosystem players and turning those relationships into a decisive competitive advantage. This is one of the most strategically important roles in our Global Partnerships organization, with direct influence over how SentinelOne positions itself alongside the boldest names in AI and cybersecurity. Reporting to the SVP, Global Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives, you will be a peer to our VP of Strategic Partnerships, a trusted voice in the C-suite, and the executive owner of our relationships with hyperscalers, LLM providers, and AI infrastructure partners, including Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, and NVIDIA, building a program that makes SentinelOne the definitive AI security partner of the AI era.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include

  • Own SentinelOne's AI partnership strategy end-to-end, setting the vision, defining the partner prioritization framework, securing executive-level sponsorship from key AI vendors, and ensuring our existing technology ecosystem is fully leveraged as a force multiplier for growth and market positioning.
  • Serve as SentinelOne's most senior AI partnership voice internally and externally, advising the SVP and C-suite on strategic partnership decisions, validating current AI initiatives, and identifying where to lean in to outpace competitors and claim leadership in the AI security space.
  • Represent the Global Strategic Partnerships function at the highest organizational levels, including presenting AI partnership strategy to the CEO and executive leadership, attending critical meetings on behalf of the SVP, and operating as a trusted executive proxy with sound judgment and strict discretion.
  • Build and lead transformative relationships with the world's most important AI ecosystem partners, including Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, and NVIDIA, structuring alliances that deliver co-innovation, co-sell opportunities, and the kind of market visibility that positions SentinelOne alongside the industry's boldest names.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure AI partnerships generate measurable business outcomes, from pipeline influence and revenue impact to product differentiation and brand authority in the AI-native security market.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy within enterprise technology, with a track record of building and leading AI or cloud partnership programs at a VP or equivalent level, ideally with direct tenure at or deep partnership history with Google, Microsoft, or a comparable hyperscaler.
  • Executive-level fluency in the AI and LLM ecosystem, including how OpenAI, NVIDIA, Google, and Microsoft architect their partnership and co-sell programs, with demonstrated ability to translate that expertise into a company-wide AI partnership strategy that drives revenue and market positioning.
  • Proven ability to operate as a senior organizational leader who is comfortable presenting to CEOs and boards, navigating complex stakeholder environments with discretion, and influencing enterprise-wide decisions without direct authority.
  • Track record of building AI or technology partnership functions from early stages in high-growth environments, with the strategic instinct to identify quick wins and the long-term vision to build programs that scale.
  • Deep familiarity with the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS landscape, with an understanding of how AI partnerships intersect with platform strategy, go-to-market execution, and competitive differentiation at scale.
Why SentinelOne?

AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment. From day one, we architected an AI-native platform designed to operate at machine speed, not as an add-on to legacy systems but as the foundation itself.
