Job description

At F5, we strive to bring a better digital world to life. Our teams empower organizations across the globe to create, secure, and run applications that enhance how we experience our evolving digital world. We are passionate about cybersecurity, from protecting consumers from fraud to enabling companies to focus on innovation.
Everything we do centers around people. That means we obsess over how to make the lives of our customers, and their customers, better. And it means we prioritize a diverse F5 community where each individual can thrive.
Position Overview
F5 is seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Global Account Director - NVIDIA to own and execute F5's global commercial relationship with NVIDIA. This high-visibility, individual contributor (IC) role is directly responsible for driving revenue and pipeline growth through F5's sell-to and sell-with strategies across the NVIDIA ecosystem.
In this role, you will focus strictly on commercial execution: driving F5 adoption within NVIDIA's internal infrastructure ("sell-to") and co-selling joint F5-NVIDIA AI solutions to mutual customers ("sell-with"). Rather than managing high-level corporate alliance programs, this role is a hands-on, commercially focused sales position. You will act as the primary account owner, identifying growth opportunities, aligning technical resources, and converting joint technology priorities into measurable pipeline, qualified deals, and closed revenue.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of enterprise software sales, direct experience selling to or co-selling with NVIDIA, and deep familiarity with AI infrastructure markets. You must excel at navigating complex technical environments, driving large-scale enterprise transactions, and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own and Drive the NVIDIA Global Account Strategy
  • Serve as the dedicated global account owner and commercial leader for F5's business relationship with NVIDIA.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global account plan focused on F5 product adoption inside NVIDIA ("sell-to") and co-selling plays in the field ("sell-with").
  • Act as F5's primary point of contact for all commercial engagements, account reviews, and deal negotiations with NVIDIA.
  • Align closely with the F5 Global Alliances team to ensure commercial sales activities align with broader corporate partnership frameworks, keeping this role focused strictly on transactional execution and pipeline generation.

2. Drive Commercial "Sell-To" and "Sell-With" Execution
  • Sell-To: Identify, qualify, and close opportunities where F5 application delivery, security, and traffic management solutions can support NVIDIA's internal AI platforms, cloud operations, and corporate infrastructure.
  • Sell-With: Build and scale tactical co-selling motions targeting mutual customers across AI clouds, GPU-specialized NeoClouds, hyperscalers, service providers, and large enterprises.
  • Formulate and execute joint sales plays, account-mapping sessions, and targeted outbound campaigns to generate net-new F5 pipeline with NVIDIA field sales.
  • Support F5's regional field sales, channel partners, and sales engineering teams to close active NVIDIA-aligned deals globally.
3. Coordinate Technical and Marketing Alignment
  • Partner with F5 Product Management and Engineering to represent NVIDIA's technology requirements and feed market insights back into the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to localized co-selling collateral, customer-facing value propositions, joint reference architectures, and sales plays.
  • Facilitate collaboration between F5 systems engineers and NVIDIA technical teams to support product validation, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and joint technical integrations.

4. Act as an Entrepreneurial Deal Maker
  • Operate hands-on across the entire sales cycle-from initial account planning and discovery to complex negotiations, contract closure, and post-sales coordination.
  • Navigate ambiguity and move rapidly to capitalize on "white space" opportunities within the fast-evolving AI, accelerated computing, and networking sectors.
  • Balance long-term strategic account development with a relentless focus on meeting quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, strategic account management, or high-touch co-sell execution.
  • Proven track record as an Individual Contributor (IC), consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas in complex technology environments.
  • Established commercial experience with NVIDIA (either directly selling to NVIDIA, co-selling with NVIDIA, or working closely within the NVIDIA Partner Network/GPU ecosystem).
  • Deep understanding of AI infrastructure, accelerated computing, GPU-based workloads, cloud networking, security, application delivery, and modern data center technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate, map, and sell into massive, matrixed organizations, building trust with both procurement teams and senior technical decision-makers.
  • Strong collaborative skills with a proven ability to influence and mobilize cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Regional Sales) without direct organizational authority.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, presentation, and contract-structuring skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
