Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Product & Solutions Marketing to lead marketing efforts for our WiFi and Wired Networking portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing messaging, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and customer advocacy programs that drive market awareness, customer adoption, and revenue growth. The Director will work closely with product management, sales, field marketing, demand generation, and customer success teams to bring innovative networking solutions to market and strengthen the company's leadership position in enterprise networking.

ResponsibilitiesProduct & Solutions Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute product and solutions marketing plans for the WiFi and Wired Networking portfolio, aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Partner with product management and sales leadership to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive differentiation.
  • Contribute market insights and customer feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap discussions.
Positioning and Messaging
  • Create compelling product and solution messaging that clearly articulates customer value, business outcomes, and technical differentiation.
  • Develop persona-based narratives and content for key audiences, including IT leaders, network operators, and business decision makers.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives through blogs, webinars, presentations, and industry engagements.
Go-to-Market Execution
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, feature releases, and solution campaigns.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, field marketing, and digital marketing teams to create integrated campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline growth.
  • Monitor launch performance and recommend adjustments to improve results.
Sales Enablement
  • Develop sales enablement content, including presentations, battlecards, competitive positioning, customer presentations, demos, and training materials.
  • Equip sales and channel teams with the tools and messaging needed to communicate customer value effectively.
  • Support key sales opportunities through customer presentations, workshops, and strategic engagements.
Customer Advocacy and Market Insights
  • Build relationships with customers to understand deployment experiences, business challenges, and success outcomes.
  • Create customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials that demonstrate measurable business value.
  • Track competitive trends and market developments to ensure positioning remains relevant and differentiated.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate across product management, engineering, sales, partner teams, customer success, analyst relations, and marketing organizations to align execution and drive business outcomes.
  • Influence stakeholders across the organization through strong communication, data-driven insights, and customer-centric storytelling.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of total experience, with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management.
  • Must have extensive technical expertise in Wi-Fi and wired domains of enterprise networking.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies, including WiFi, switching, network management, security, and cloud-managed networking.
  • Experience developing product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement programs.
  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer benefits and business outcomes.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with experience engaging customers, partners, and sales teams.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience supporting product launches and driving adoption in competitive technology markets.
