What You Will Do:

  • Lead the delivery of Microsoft platform and business applications engagements across a diverse set of clients and industries.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scope management, timelines, budgets, quality, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into effective Microsoft-based solutions and delivery plans.
  • Direct cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, developers, and project resources to ensure successful solution implementation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, providing guidance on delivery strategy, platform adoption, and operational excellence.
  • Manage escalations, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure consistent communication with leadership and client sponsors.
  • Support business growth through delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and contribution to proposal or solution shaping activities as needed.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of TEN (10) years of professional experience
  • Proven success managing complex client engagements with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Strong leadership experience guiding technical and functional teams in a matrixed, client-facing environment.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and delivery methodologies, with the ability to align solutions to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve issues, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher level of clearance.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Biz Apps, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or related Microsoft enterprise solutions.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Microsoft certifications, or similar credentials.
  • Consulting experience supporting external clients across multiple industries.
  • Experience contributing to business development, proposal creation, or account growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery practices and enterprise change management.
