The Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist is responsible for driving qualified traffic and revenue for AllPosters.com through paid search, affiliate partnerships, and organic search. This role manages day-to-day execution across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Criteo, and Meta, oversees affiliate relationships on platforms such as Rakuten, and owns the technical and content SEO roadmap. The ideal candidate is analytically rigorous, self-directed, and passionate about connecting the right audience to the right product at every stage of the purchase funnel.


This role reports on-site to our Indianapolis facility Monday-Friday.


General Responsibilities:

Paid Search Management (Google, Microsoft/Bing, Criteo, Meta)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Criteo, and Meta Ads with a focus on ROAS and revenue efficiency
  • Own campaign architecture including campaign and ad group structure, keyword strategy, bid management, and audience targeting
  • Monitor and manage daily, monthly, and annual budgets; flag pacing issues and reallocate spend to maximize return
  • Write and test ad copy, creative briefs, and landing page recommendations to improve click-through and conversion rates
  • Conduct ongoing search term analysis, negative keyword management, and competitive research
  • Produce regular performance reports and translate data into clear recommendations for leadership
  • Stay current on platform updates, beta features, and industry best practices across all paid channels

Affiliate Partner Management 

  • Manage AllPosters’ affiliate program on Rakuten and other relevant networks, including publisher recruitment, activation, and relationship management
  • Negotiate commission structures, promotional placements, and exclusive offers with key affiliate partners
  • Monitor affiliate performance, identify top and underperforming partners, and optimize the program for revenue and margin
  • Ensure affiliate creative assets, product feeds, and tracking links are accurate, current, and compliant 
  • Identify and onboard new affiliate partners that align with brand and audience strategy 
  • Report on affiliate program KPIs including revenue, new customer acquisition, and cost-per-acquisition 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Own the SEO strategy for AllPosters.com, covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify high-opportunity terms aligned to product categories and customer intent
  • Audit and improve site architecture, internal linking, metadata, page speed, and crawlability in partnership with the web/development team
  • Develop and execute a content SEO plan that drives organic rankings for priority categories and products
  • Monitor organic performance using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Botify; report on rankings, traffic, and conversion trends
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including duplicate content, redirect chains, indexation errors, and structured data gaps
  • Stay informed on Google algorithm updates and adapt strategy accordingly

Performance Reporting & Cross-Channel Collaboration

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track paid search, affiliate, and SEO performance against business KPIs
  • Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing & Site Merchandising Specialist to ensure channel strategies are aligned
  • Partner with the creative and content teams to brief assets needed for paid and organic initiatives
  • Share insights with leadership on a regular cadence, highlighting wins, risks, and optimization opportunities

Tools, Automation & Process Improvement

  • Maintain data accuracy and feed implementation across platforms & find ways to optimize at scale
  • Develop scalable processes for content creation, deployment, and reporting


Skills and Abilities:

  • Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaign management
  • Familiarity with Criteo and Meta Ads; experience with shopping/product feed campaigns
  • Working knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, particularly Rakuten Advertising
  • Solid SEO foundation spanning technical, on-page, and content disciplines
  • Strong analytical ability; comfortable pulling and interpreting data from GA4, Google Search Console, and ad platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Effective communicator who can translate performance data into a clear business narrative
  • Knowledge of licensed consumer products or high-SKU ecommerce a plus
  • Ability to connect marketing, product, and customer behavior into one narrative

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on paid search experience; agency or in-house ecommerce background preferred
  • Experience working with product data feeds and shopping campaigns
  • Proficiency in Paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Botify
  • Google Ads certification a plus
  • Ecommerce merchandising or product strategy
  • Experience in licensed consumer products or high-SKU ecommerce strongly preferred
  • Ability to leverage technology to gain efficiency
  • Comfort using AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate research, content drafting, campaign ideation, and reporting workflows
