At Paramount Senior Living, we provide a pathway to grow within the organization. After successfully completing the initial 90-day period and meeting specific criteria, you will have the opportunity to be considered for the Medication Technician (Med Tech) role.
During this probationary period, you will receive comprehensive training and guidance to excel in both nursing assistant and medication administration responsibilities.
