The Opportunity:

We are seeking a versatile Accounts Payable Specialist to join our tight-knit team in a fast-paced construction office environment. • Excellent communication skills for handling internal and vendor inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Understanding of overall project execution workflows (budgeting, project forecasting, and profitability tracking).
  • Direct experience with Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance records.
  • Background working with union dues processing and subcontractor compliance.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate ($24 - $28/hr based on experience).
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and vacation leave.
  • Steady, year-round employment in a collaborative, people-first culture.
