Job description

ABOUT SOCIALNATIVE.AI SocialNative.AI is a ten-year-old creator marketing intelligence company executing a deliberate pivot toward AI-powered creator marketing intelligence. We hold four issued US patents, a proprietary dataset of 1.8M+ creator collaborations with cost-per-view performance data, and authenticated access to creator audiences across Meta and TikTok. We're lean, profitable, and moving with intention - and we need the market to know it.

DEMAND GENERATION - THE CORE OF THIS ROLE Everything else in this role serves a commercial purpose. Brand builds the credibility that makes demand gen convert. Content warms the leads that sales closes. This is the thread that runs through it all - and the metric you'll ultimately be measured on is pipeline. - Own lead generation end-to-end - from strategy to execution to reporting - across brands, CMOs, and agency partners - Design and run multi-channel campaigns: LinkedIn, paid search, content syndication, email, and events - Build and manage a lead nurture system that keeps SocialNative in front of prospects through longer enterprise sales cycles- Work closely with the sales team daily - understand what's converting, what objections are coming up, and adjust campaigns accordingly - Own the MQL-to-SQL handoff process and ensure leads arrive warm, qualified, and with context - Track and report on marketing-sourced pipeline, cost per lead, and contribution to revenue - monthly, no excuses - Identify the highest-leverage channels for our specific buyer profile and double down ruthlessly

BRAND & CONTENT Brand is demand gen with a longer time horizon. Every piece of content, every press mention, every event appearance should ultimately make a future prospect more likely to take a meeting. - Partner with the CEO to define and evolve the SocialNative brand voice, positioning, and narrative - collaborative, not top-down - Own the content calendar and execution: LinkedIn thought leadership, long-form articles, case studies, and email - Drive earned media - pitch stories and build relationships with journalists covering the creator economy and martech - Build SocialNative's presence at industry events - identify the right stages, prepare materials, support speaker moments - Keep the AI pivot story told clearly and consistently across every touchpoint

PRODUCT MARKETING & SALES ENABLEMENT - Own go-to-market for new product releases and capability launches coming out of the AI pivot - Build and maintain the sales collateral library - decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive positioning - Translate technical product capabilities into language that resonates with brand and agency buyers - Develop competitive intelligence so the sales team always knows where SocialNative wins and why - Be the connective tissue between what the product team is building and how it shows up in market

CREATOR MARKETING We're a creator marketing company. Our own marketing should prove it. - Identify and activate creators who can authentically reach brand and agency audiences on our behalf - Use our own data and tools to inform creator selection - practice what we preach- Build a creator program that demonstrates platform capabilities while driving measurable awareness

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3-6 years in a B2B marketing role with demonstrable demand gen results - you can point to pipeline numbers you personally drove - A genuine generalist who can write a compelling LinkedIn post, brief a paid campaign, and build a sales deck - without treating any of them as someone else's job - Commercially wired: you think in pipeline, not impressions. You know which metrics matter and report on them honestly - Strong writer - you understand that great marketing starts with a clear point of view, not a content calendar - Fluent in the creator economy - you understand the landscape, the platforms, and why performance beats follower count - Comfortable collaborating on brand and positioning with a founder who has strong opinions - and confident enough to push back when you disagree - Entrepreneurial by default: no marketing team to lean on, no agency to hand things off to - you build it yourself - Operates with urgency - the pivot story needs to be in market now, not next quarter

NICE TO HAVE - Experience marketing an AI or data product to non-technical buyers - Existing relationships in the brand, agency, or creator marketing ecosystem - Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools - Experience supporting a company through a product pivot or rebrand

THE ENVIRONMENT This is an in-office role at our Los Angeles headquarters. You'll sit close to sales, product, and leadership - fast feedback loops and real context on what's converting. There's no marketing team above you, no agency below you. What you build is what goes to market. That's the opportunity and the accountability in equal measure.
