Youโllย own the end-to-end member experience across acquisition, engagement, rewards, community participation, gamification, and member recognition;ย driving active membership growth, retention, customer lifetime value, and brand advocacy.ย

Responsibilities
Beauty Squad Platform Growthย
Drive net new member acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and lifetime value growth, measured acrossย connectedย channels; DTC, Retail in-store/online and Marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop)ย
Identifyย new opportunities to increase member participation across commerce, content, experiences,ย partnershipsย and communityย in partnership withย Integrated Marketing Communicationsย (IMC)ย teamย
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends across loyalty, gaming, social commerce, AI, and membership ecosystemsย
Member Acquisition, Engagementย & Active User Growthย
Partner with Commerce, Retail,ย IMC, Internationalย and Social Commerce teams to drive member acquisition at every customer touchpointย
Rewards, Recognition & Loyalty Innovationย
Own end-to-end rewards strategy including points, tiers,ย perks, surprise-and-delight, experiential rewards, and member recognitionย
Explore future-facing loyalty opportunities including gamification, collectibles, immersive experiences, AI-powered rewards, and community-driven recognitionย
Community, Content & Engagement Programmingย
Support and advocate forย member eventย inclusion, exclusive access opportunities, product testing programs, advisory panels, and community initiativesย
Gaming, Gamification & Emerging Experiencesย
Drive member engagement through gamification, challenges, streaks, badges, quests, and interactive experiences, in partnership with IMCย
Member Experience Operations & Governanceย
Own member policies, benefits, terms, and operational governanceย in conjunction with legal and complianceย
Oversee day-to-day program management, issue resolution, escalations, and member feedback processesย with customer service teamย
Data, Analytics & Performance Managementย
Define success metrics and reporting frameworks for acquisition, active users, engagement, retention, revenue contribution, and advocacyย
Team Leadership & Strategic Executionย
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team responsible for loyalty operations, member engagement, rewards strategy, and community programmingย
Foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementย

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, or related fieldย
8ย years of experience inย leading and managing globalย loyalty, membership, customer engagement, CRM, digital products, community management, or related disciplinesย with high volume of membersย
Proven track record growing membership programs, active users, retention, and customer lifetime valueย
Experience operating within consumer brands, retail, beauty,ย hospitality,ย gaming, media, or community-driven businessesย
Preferred
- MBA or equivalent advanced degreeย
Experience with gamification, digital communities, membership platforms, mobile apps, or creator ecosystemsย
Strong understanding of customer data, lifecycle marketing, personalization, and engagement strategiesย
The base salary range for this roleย isย listed above.ย

Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity.ย Under e.l.f.โs annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
