Senior Product Owner - Live Casino Games (Boston)

Trivelta

Boston, MA โ€ข On-site

Full-time

This job post hasย expired today.ย Applications are no longer accepted.

Job description

Join to apply for the Senior Product Owner โ€“ Live Casino Games role at Trivelta.

Live casino is where software meets the real world. It is a streamed game, a physical studio, a dealer-facing system, and an operations control surface all at once. At Trivelta, we are looking for a Sr. Product Owner to own that entire experience end to end. This role sits at the intersection of live video production, game logic, studio operations, and real-time player interaction. You will be responsible for shaping and running a product that exists simultaneously on a screen and on a studio floor.

The Product You Will Own

You will be accountable for a live casino product made up of several tightly connected parts:

  • The player-facing game experience, including streaming video, gameplay UI, and interactions
  • The dealer-facing application used during live game sessions
  • Internal operator and administrator tools for player management, game configuration, chat moderation, and session control
  • The physical studio setup, including cameras, lighting, tables, and set design
  • The cloud-based game services and infrastructure

Your job is to make sure these parts work together smoothly, reliably, and at scale.

What You Will Actually Do

You will be the person connecting software teams with studio and operations teams.

That Means
  • Owning backlogs and priorities across multiple live casino systems โ€“ user facing and internal
  • Working daily with engineers, designers, studio managers, and live operations teams
  • Translating operational and studio needs into clear product requirements
  • Being involved in studio setup decisions such as camera layouts, lighting configurations, table ergonomics, and dealer workflows
  • Supporting live launches and being involved in on-site or remote go-live readiness
  • Identifying issues that only appear in live conditions and driving them to resolution
How This Role Is Different

This is not a purely digital product role.

You Will Need To
  • Think about latency, visibility, ergonomics, and reliability
  • Balance player experience with dealer comfort and operational efficiency
  • Understand how physical changes on a studio floor affect software behavior and vice versa
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience as a Product Owner or similar role with strong delivery responsibility
  • Comfort working across both digital products and real-world operational environments
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, and operations teams
  • Ability to manage complex systems with many moving parts
  • Interest in live video, streaming, or real-time interactive products
Especially Valuable, But Not Required
  • Experience in live casino, broadcast, or streaming environments
  • Familiarity with studio technology such as cameras, lighting, microphones, or control systems
  • Experience working closely with on-site operations or production teams
  • Background in casino gaming or regulated environments
Why This Role Matters

Live casino products only work when everything works at the same time. Software, people, hardware, and processes all have to align. This role exists to own that alignment. You will have real responsibility, high visibility, and a direct impact on both player experience and operational performance.

Reporting & Team

You will report to Product leadership and work closely with engineering teams, studio operations, dealers, and live-game support teams. This position is hybrid out of our HQ location in Boston near South Station.
