Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development

QualificationsRequired
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a service-based B2B company

    • Proven success managing teams of 3+ direct reports

    • 2–4 years of business development experience with P&L responsibility

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Demonstrated integrity, empathy, and professionalism
