Job Description

The Physical Security Systems Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and deployment of enterprise physical security systems. This role ensures system stability, executes configurations and deployments, and supports end users across global sites while partnering with the Systems Lead on architecture and long-term strategy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with physical security platforms such as Lenel, Milestone, Axis, AMAG, and C-Cure, along with the ability to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and incident response
  • Service request handling
  • Vendor coordination
  • System monitoring
  • Support panel migrations, firmware updates, and reader configurations
  • Validate system functionality after deployments (badging, access levels, video)
  • Assist with AD sync validation and data accuracy
  • Run basic SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Provide responsive support for troubleshooting, service requests, and system-related incidents.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of user experience across security systems and related applications.
  • Support the development and execution of physical security systems and technology roadmaps aligned to organizational objectives.
  • Manage, track, and review requests using internal platforms such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • Assist with the deployment and support of enterprise access control, video management, visitor management, and related security systems.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, service providers, and security operations teams to maintain consistent global standards.
  • Work within Windows, Linux, SQL, networking, and IoT environments to support security infrastructure.
  • Integrate security devices and technologies into existing enterprise network environments, including PSIM, C-Cure, Lenel, AMAG, Milestone, Axis, ISOS, SWN, and related platforms.
  • Participate in project planning and coordination, supporting end-to-end execution and timely delivery.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networking, and system performance.
  • Monitor system health and performance to ensure stable, secure, and reliable operations.
  • Provide technical support remotely and on-site as required.
  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, including application servers, endpoints, supporting hardware, and databases.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven direct experience in physical systems integration and security technology.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of access control systems, video management systems, security hardware, locks, sensors, and IoT devices.
  • Strong ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to deliver security and technology solutions aligned with corporate standards.
  • Experience managing multiple vendors, priorities, and budgets.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major system (Lenel, C-Cure, Genetec, Milestone, or equivalent systems.)
  • Working knowledge of: Windows Servers, Networking fundamentals, Basic SQL
  • Familiarity with cloud and virtualization environments.
  • Experience presenting to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience supporting integrations, migrations, and cutover projects across diverse environments.
  • The candidate should be able to troubleshoot independently while appropriately escalating more complex issues.
