About the role:

As a Business Development Manager within Maersk Project Logistics, you will serve as a subject matter expert focused on developing and supporting complex logistics opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector. Working closely with commercial teams, solution design experts, and customers, you will help shape commercial strategies, support business development pursuits, lead technical sales discussions, and develop tailored project logistics solutions.   • Lead or support RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, ensuring proposals are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with solution design teams to develop pricing strategies and technically sound logistics solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Maersk Project Logistics, supporting both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Review customer contracts and commercial requirements to ensure compliance with product standards and operational capabilities.
  • Support new business pursuits through customer presentations, technical sales discussions, and solution development activities.
  • Promote Project Logistics capabilities across internal commercial teams and external customer organizations.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, providing market intelligence and feedback to support product development and continuous improvement.

Salary:

Salary: $95,000 - $135,000 USD* Compensation & Benefits:
