Job description

Lead IT projects from kickoff to delivery — office buildouts, cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades. 5+ years PM experience required.

About InterDataLink: We're a NYC-based managed IT services provider serving small and mid-sized businesses across the NY/NJ metro since 2009. We hire engineers and technicians who care about the work, communicate clearly, and treat clients well. Our team includes senior network engineers, cloud architects, cybersecurity specialists, and field technicians.

IT Project Manager Role

The IT Project Manager role is hybrid (mix of remote, on-site at our office, and client visits as appropriate). Reports to the Director of Engineering.

Responsibilities
  • Manage IT projects from kickoff to delivery — typical projects 1-6 months
  • Coordinate engineering teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers
  • Run client status meetings and provide weekly updates
  • Identify and remove blockers before they cause slippage
  • Document deliverables and conduct project retrospectives
Requirements
  • 5+ years managing IT or infrastructure projects
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience with M&A IT integration, office moves, or cloud migrations
  • Strong stakeholder management — internal teams, clients, vendors
  • Proficient with project tools: Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar
  • Bachelor's in IT, business, or engineering
Compensation

$100,000 - $140,000 based on experience. Plus health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid certifications, and flexible schedule.
