Job Description
Will advise mid-sized and large companies in every industry on both projects and long-term programs. In addition to investor relations, the Director will manage communications around financial transactions, shareholder activism and crisis situations. The Director will also help manage a team and cultivate new relationships for the firm.
Qualifications
3-5 + years in Investor Relations, Equity Research or as an IB Analyst.
Must be well versed in finance and either have experience or a strong interest in communications work.
Strong client and writing skills.
