Compensation:

This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $23.08 to $28.86 per hour.

Position Details:

Partner with the customer to provide Grainger inventory management services aligned with the Grainger or customer's internal processes on the customer's site. Work as a dedicated customer service resource in consideration of a specific customer and manage indirect inventory at the customer's location. In addition to standard KeepStock, responsibilities can include managing Grainger and Non Grainger inventory within a customer tool crib using Grainger or customer specific software and processes. Reports directly to Manager, Onsite Services

You Will:
  • Manage and stocks customer's inventory levels for Grainger and Non Grainger inventory through KeepStock programs and Crib management
  • Support the customer's inventory management and product procurement processes by managing the daily integration of all in-direct inventory into the customer's product processes
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving problems promptly in a manner to retain and promote customer loyalty
  • Perform product search and select activity directly with customer in-house for end-users
  • Provide quotes based on customer request
  • Provide specialized reports requested by the customer
You Have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in related field or equivalent
  • Lift 25 to 60lbs
  • Willing to work in a warehouse environment
