Job Description
Cintas is seeking an Implementation Project Specialist L1 to develop the RFP/RFI/No-bid responses on behalf of the division. Responsibilities include managing non-exclusive product; customer projects (all on-boarding activities); developing profit models and support pricing; working with Account Management to develop an initial forecast; gathering and confirming customer requirements; business process set-up; program launch and post-launch activities; assisting the Implementation Project Managers and Directors in completion of responsibilities related to qualifying and implementing opportunities.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

Preferred
  • Minimum 1 year project coordination experience

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $59,400 - $75,900/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
