Consultants provide a variety of consulting and training services to new and existing Hyphen Solution clients to ensure client satisfaction and the successful implementation of Hyphen Solutionsโ€™ software applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team or individually, providing process review, system design, configuration, infrastructure validation, system deployment, user training, and product knowledge expertise.
  • Perform responsibilities at a customer site under close supervision on clearly defined assignments.
  • Assist in planning the implementation and developing the project plan to meet client expectations, timeframes, and budget.
  • Provide ongoing training and application support for users.
  • Develop and maintain quality relationships and communication with project team members through the implementation process.
  • Adhere to all Hyphen Solutionsโ€™ policies, procedures, and implementation methodology.
  • Lead HomeFront Sales implementations from kickoff through successful goโ€‘live.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and business process reviews.
  • Configure HomeFront Sales environments to align with client workflows.
  • Assist clients with lot inventory, model setup, option management, pricing, and contract configuration.
  • Coordinate project deliverables and milestones.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Manage up to three concurrent implementation projects.
  • Deliver virtual and onsite client training.
  • Train sales teams, sales management, administrators, and project stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance on implementation best practices.
  • Develop strong working relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Support organizational change management and user adoption efforts.
  • Maintain implementation schedules and client action items.
  • Coordinate activities with Project Managers, ERP Consultants, BuildPro Consultants, and Support teams.
  • Document implementation decisions and project progress.
  • Escalate risks and issues as necessary.
  • Assist with goโ€‘live planning and execution.
  • Support customer transition to ongoing support teams.
  • Participate in implementation retrospectives and process improvements.
  • Assist with report signoff and enhancement discussions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years direct residential homebuilding experience in Sales, Purchasing, Estimating, Construction Operations, Accounting, Design Center Operations, or Sales Operations; OR 3 years experience as a system administrator, software administrator, or power user of a residential construction software platform.
  • Strong customerโ€‘facing communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and presentations.
  • Strong organizational and timeโ€‘management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using HomeFront Sales.
  • Experience using HomeFront ERP.
  • Experience using NewStar or BRIX Sales.
  • SAP Crystal Reports experience highly preferred.
  • Software implementation consulting experience.
  • Customer training experience.
  • Business process documentation experience.
  • Current HomeFront consultants frequently support reporting discussions, configuration, troubleshooting, implementation workflows, training activities, and GuideCX coordination.
Education

Bachelorโ€™s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Construction Management, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field. Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Success Metrics
  • Within 6 months: participate in multiple HomeFront Sales implementations; conduct customer training sessions independently; manage portions of implementation projects with limited oversight.
  • Within 12 months: independently lead a HomeFront Sales implementation from discovery through goโ€‘live; conduct implementation meetings without requiring a senior consultant; manage up to three concurrent implementations while maintaining schedules and customer satisfaction; serve as primary HomeFront Sales subjectโ€‘matter expert for assigned customers.
Physical Demands

Extensive travel is required for this position, up to 25%.
