Monarch Landing in Naperville is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead occupancy growth and elevate our community presence. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, cultivate relationships with prospective residents and referral partners, and guide prospects through their journey from first inquiry to move-in.

This role is ideal for a results-driven sales leader who enjoys blending strategic planning with hands-on relationship building and community engagement.

What You'll Do

Lead Occupancy Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Conduct personalized community tours and create exceptional prospect experiences.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
  • Manage the sales process from inquiry through move-in.
  • Track performance metrics, including occupancy, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and follow-up activities in Salesforce.

Drive Marketing & Community Outreach

  • Create and implement local marketing plans supporting community growth goals.
  • Partner with corporate marketing and agency teams on advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage digital and print marketing efforts, including website content and online presence.
  • Plan and host community events, open houses, and networking opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, local businesses, and community organizations.

Collaborate & Lead

  • Coach and support sales team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Partner closely with the Executive Director and community leadership team.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and sales leaders to ensure best practices and brand consistency.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations on pricing, promotions, and service offerings.

Ensure Excellence

  • Prepare and present sales and marketing reports.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, privacy, and ethical sales standards.
  • Support resident satisfaction, safety, and a culture of service excellence.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience, ideally in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry.
  • Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
