We are actively seeking a proven top performer to drive new account sales and strategic partnerships within the K-12 education sector. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets by selling innovative, high-impact educational technology solutions to school district leaders, superintendents, curriculum directors, and other senior K-12 decision-makers.
We are seeking an accomplished, mission-driven sales professional who is passionate about transforming student learning experiences through immersive technology. This individual will thrive on building new relationships, crafting compelling buyer visions, and securing broad executive support by demonstrating the extraordinary student engagement and learning outcome improvements Dreamscape Learn delivers. The strongest candidates will be energized by the opportunities and challenges that come with being a key revenue driver within a highly innovative, category-defining company.
The candidate must possess the skills, experience, and presence required to effectively engage with superintendents, district administrators, school boards, and curriculum & technology leaders, while also collaborating with educators, instructional coaches, and IT staff at the school level. While self-motivated and entrepreneurial, the Regional Director must also excel in collaborative environments with both internal teams and external partners.
This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in an early-stage, fast-growing company environment and have a passion for shaping and executing successful sales strategies as Dreamscape Learn expands its reach into the K-12 market.
The Regional Director must be highly effective at consultatively positioning business value, managing complex sales cycles within school districts, and building enduring relationships with key education stakeholders. Strong qualification abilities, pipeline discipline, and proficiency in structured sales cycle management are essential skills for success in this role.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual assigned sales bookings goals within assigned K-12 school districts and education agencies
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, engage, and win new district partnerships and new logo sales opportunities
  • Personally contact and engage senior K-12 education leaders, including Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Chief Academic Officers, Curriculum & Instruction Leaders, and Technology Directors, to understand their key challenges and position Dreamscape Learn as a strategic partner in driving student engagement and improved learning outcomes
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities using Dreamscape Learn's structured sales methodology and best practices
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, communications, and contacts in Salesforce.com
  • Rapidly follow up on inbound leads and proactively prospect for new business through direct outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, conference engagement, and referrals
  • Effectively communicate and present the Dreamscape Learn value proposition to prospective district and school leaders, delivering compelling presentations and customized proposals both virtually and in person
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Dreamscape Learn's products, implementation models, and real-world use cases within K-12 classrooms
  • Manage key sales administrative processes, including preparation of pricing estimates, proposals, contracts, and accurate sales forecasts
  • Communicate regularly with the SVP, Academic Partnerships regarding pipeline health, sales performance, district engagement strategies, and competitive insights.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of sustained, proven success selling high-value innovative educational technology solutions to senior leadership in the K12 education sector.
  • Strategic thinker who can insightfully analyze their territory and develop/execute impactful business plans to achieve sustained new account sales growth
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage decision-makers at all levels of the K12 education sector such as state agencies, school districts, school boards and teachers.
  • Verifiable record of gaining access to key decision makers at senior levels of school districts including superintendents and curriculum directors/
  • Proven proficiency at executing a structured sales cycle including identification, positioning, qualification, discovery, proposal, contracting and closing
  • Strong K12 education market knowledge including understanding of current trends in teaching/learning and use of academic technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
