General shift hours:Day shift, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Job Summary:Job Duties- Receiving
- Receive food, mail, retail items and equipment.
- Ensure that all items are received in acceptable condition.
- Ensure that all items are stored in their proper location.
- Delivery
- Pick items for Delivery.
- Ensure that all items are recorded.
- Deliver food, mail, retail items and equipment for:
- Special Events
- Village Weekend Programs
- Adult Programs
- Charter Schools
- Summer Programs, including leased site facilities
- Other Departments within Concordia Language Villages
- Meet and keep required driving policies
- Record keeping
- Enter invoices into Distribution Center Database
- Enter deliveries into Distribution Center Database
- Mail
- Receive, sort and deliver mail to designated areas on the Turtle River Lake site
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:- Minimum age: 18
- Current driver's license and insurable driving record
- Knowledge of food products
- Ability to lift 50 pounds 100 times and 100 pounds 15 times daily.
- Good organizational skills
- Experience in driving a van or light truck
- Ability to read and write
- Good math skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work closely with people
- Willingness to work varied shifts
- Must be able to stand, kneel, and stoop
- Good customer service skills
