Job Summary:
Job Duties
  1. Receiving
    1. Receive food, mail, retail items and equipment.
    2. Ensure that all items are received in acceptable condition.
    3. Ensure that all items are stored in their proper location.
  2. Delivery
    1. Pick items for Delivery.
    2. Ensure that all items are recorded.
    3. Deliver food, mail, retail items and equipment for:
      1. Special Events
      2. Village Weekend Programs
      3. Adult Programs
      4. Charter Schools
      5. Summer Programs, including leased site facilities
      6. Other Departments within Concordia Language Villages
  3. Meet and keep required driving policies
  4. Record keeping
    1. Enter invoices into Distribution Center Database
    2. Enter deliveries into Distribution Center Database
  5. Mail
    1. Receive, sort and deliver mail to designated areas on the Turtle River Lake site
  6. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Minimum age: 18
  2. Current driver's license and insurable driving record
  3. Knowledge of food products
  4. Ability to lift 50 pounds 100 times and 100 pounds 15 times daily.
  5. Good organizational skills
  6. Experience in driving a van or light truck
  7. Ability to read and write
  8. Good math skills
  9. Good problem-solving skills
  10. Ability to work closely with people
  11. Willingness to work varied shifts
  12. Must be able to stand, kneel, and stoop
  13. Good customer service skills
