Expectations and Tasks:
Focus on the standardization of repositioning strategy, planning and execution across all Honeywell SBG's. Review current process and structure, creating standard work to then implement across all SBG's focused on improved speed and efficiency. Update training materials and standard work to support Honeywell repositioning. Partner with HR stakeholders to guide initiatives and company trajectory. Collaborate with diverse teams across various locations, cultures, and markets. Serve as an agent of positive change, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Positively impact the lives of the organization's employees and stakeholders. Provide direct support in the strategy and execution around six key initiatives: Continuous focus on standardizing, simplifying, and optimizing all phases of repositioning process; Managing Large Scale SBG Transformations: (Site openings, closings, workforce planning, M&A); Working with SBG/Region HR to plan and execute projects from beginning to end; Improving and updating training materials in Honeywell Accelerator in all aspects of repo; Maintaining specific training/lesson's learned ex-site closure versus OEF project; and Enhancing and improving current capability of the Repo Operating System (HRP). Steer Honeywell transformational initiatives with a strong focus of ensuring our processes are standardized globally.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must include five (5) years involving each of the following:
  • Project Management, including managing large-scale, complex projects and delivering results within specified parameters;

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation; and

  • Innovating solutions to incorporate feedback and develop client-centric solutions aligned with business priorities.

Experience must include three (3) years involving each of the following:
  • Change Management;

  • Digital transformation;

  • Translating and understanding customer needs through insights into win-win opportunities;

  • Leading a team in the strategic execution of organizational changes; and

  • Maintaining effective partnerships with stakeholders across the organization.

BASE SALARY: $192,130 per year
