Job description

Looking for hands-on experience in Human Resources - with a little fun mixed in? Join our park HR team as a Seasonal Human Resources Associate and get an inside look at how we hire, onboard, and support the teams that bring our amusement and water parks to life.
This role is perfect for anyone who's eager to learn, loves working with people, and isn't afraid of a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You'll work closely with the HR Supervisor and office staff, supporting everything from employee paperwork to associate assistance-right in the heart of the action.
Associate must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position.
What You'll Do
Hiring & Onboarding Support
  • Assist with seasonal hiring efforts.
  • Help prepare and organize new hire paperwork and onboarding materials
  • Support new hire orientations and onboarding sessions
  • Ensure employee files are complete, accurate, and well organized

HR Operations & Administration
  • Help maintain employee records and HR systems
  • Help with compliance tracking, audits, and documentation

Employee Relations & Team Support
  • Serve as a friendly, professional first point of contact for employee questions
  • Assist with employee engagement activities, events, and communications
  • Support the HR office with documentation and follow-up related to employee relations matters
  • Help promote a positive, inclusive, and fun workplace culture
  • Jump in on special projects and general HR support as needed
