Job description

Description
The Dr. Clay Reid Lab in the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine Department of Neuroscience is seeking postdoctoral scientists to join our team. The postdoctoral scientists will focus on a microscopy project whose goal is to map the large-scale network of the human brain. This new approach, Axonal Connectomics, aims to create petascale data sets to trace the trajectories of hundreds of millions of individual axons and will require a broad range of expertise. Of particular interest are those with experience with hydrogel-based tissue expansion, high-throughput fluorescence imaging (particularly with light-sheet microscopes), data science (particularly with imaging data), and computational analysis of neuronal networks (connectomics).
Qualifications
Required:
  • A completed PhD in a related discipline as of the start date of this position.
