Job description

BFF Medical Wellness Clinic | Cash-Pay Concierge Practice

We are a cash-pay wellness clinic specializing in bioidentical hormone replacement, testosterone optimization, peptide therapy, medical weight loss (including GLP-1 protocols), IV and nutrient therapy, and longevity medicine. Our patients don't come to us because they're sick — they come to us because they want to feel and look their best, and they expect a provider who can meet them there with confidence, warmth, and a clear plan.

This is not a traditional medical role. If you're looking for insurance-driven, 15-minute visits and a passive clinical posture, this isn't the right fit. If you light up at the idea of building long-term relationships with patients who actually want to be in your office, keep reading.

What you'll do

Lead consultations and ongoing care for patients pursuing BHRT, TRT, peptides, GLP-1 weight loss, and longevity protocols. Interpret labs and translate them into a clear, confident treatment plan the patient understands and trusts. Own your patient panel — retention, results, and the relationship. Work alongside an aesthetic RN, health coach, and patient care team built to support you, not bury you in admin.

Who thrives here

  • You're warm, direct, and naturally persuasive. Patients leave your room feeling certain about their next step, not confused.
  • You tell patients what they need. You don't hand them a menu and ask what they'd like.
  • You're confident with labs, comfortable with hormone protocols, and curious about peptides and longevity medicine.
  • You believe hospitality is part of medicine, not separate from it.
  • You want to grow with a clinic that's scaling, not coast inside one that isn't.

Please note: This role does not involve Botox or dermal filler injection. Our aesthetic outcomes come from hormone optimization, weight loss, peptide, and longevity protocols — not neurotoxins or HA fillers.

Requirements

  • Active California PA license (or eligible, with license in hand before start date)
  • NCCPA certification
  • DEA registration (or eligible)
  • Comfort with — or strong interest in — BHRT, TRT, peptides, GLP-1 weight loss protocols, and longevity medicine
  • Prior cash-pay, concierge, functional, or wellness experience strongly preferred

What we offer

  • A patient population that wants to be there and is willing to invest in their health
  • Modern, beautifully designed clinic environment
  • Full clinical support team (MA, lab tech, aesthetic RN, health coach, front-of-house)
  • Built-in protocols, lab panels, and treatment frameworks — you don't start from scratch
  • Clear path to leadership as we expand

Hiring process

Every candidate completes a short psychometric assessment as part of our screening. We hire for fit as carefully as we hire for credentials — it's why our team stays.

Location: Temecula, CA
