Job description

Welcome Center Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Part-time, 8 hours per week, Friday 8am -5pm, with potential sub opportunity on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 8-12pm
Purpose
To warmly welcome attenders and guests and provide information regarding the ministries of Wheaton Bible Church.
Responsibilities
  1. Receive and direct incoming phone calls.
  2. Greet and assist guests, or connect them with staff.
  3. Maintain knowledge of WBC calendar of events in order to inform walk-ins, callers, welcome desk staff, and volunteers.
  4. Perform other administrative tasks as directed.

Job Requirements

  9. Maintain confidentiality with personal information.
  10. Acceptance and agreement with WBC Statement of Doctrine and Faith and WBC Statement of Christian Lifestyle.
Compensation and Benefits:
$17-18 per hour, depending on experience.
