As a Product Solutions Director in Cross Currency for Financial Institution Group (FIG) for Latin America , you are an expert in a cluster of products and the sales cycle. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to craft complex solutions, partner with Sales in Latin America to identify and capture market opportunities, and create new ways for teams to continuously deliver value to customers. 
You will prospect new clients that do not currently use cross-currency solutions and identify business development opportunities within the existing payments portfolio. 
You will contribute directly to regional growth objectives through disciplined pipeline management, joint planning, and client-focused solution delivery.

Foreign exchange (FX) and global payments are critical to enabling international growth for our payments business. In this role, you will help execute the FX payments growth strategy across Latin America by partnering with clients and internal teams. You will bring deep product expertise and a consultative approach to originate opportunities, shape solutions, and win new business with specific focus on clients. Job responsibilities

  • Advises the Sales on solutioning and adopting new and existing client-facing products and capabilities while crafting complex solutions and assessing risk to enhance the customer experience
  • Leverages extensive knowledge of a cluster of products and capabilities to manage the strategic development of end-to-end product solution strategies and processes
  • Partners with FIG Sales to advise on strategic pricing for deals, contributes to the development of sales training and collateral, and oversees Request for Proposal (RFP) responses
  • Manage the sales pipeline and develop target client lists, driving execution from pre-sales through mandate wins and deal closure, and report progress to senior management
  • Conduct portfolio reviews with banking and payments stakeholders and measure progress against identified opportunities
  • Coordinate client presentations and pre-sales activities with payments sales, corporate banking partners, and FX sales to support proactive, targeted client engagement
  • Develop and deliver client-relevant solution presentations that address specific needs and use cases
  • Create compelling segment-specific value propositions and proposals that support marketing and go-to-market efforts

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise leading and developing solutions across multiple teams and a cluster of products
  • Extensive experience facilitating sales cycle activities and developing and optimizing strategies and processes
  • Demonstrable experience structuring and handling complex solutions for business problems to meet clients' needs
  • Strong knowledge of transaction banking, foreign exchange (FX) payments, cross-border payments, and digital channels
  • Understanding of corporate workflow
  • Strong product-oriented sales experience and acumen, with excellent client-facing skills
  • Ability to develop clear sales and marketing strategies and execute against them
  • Ability to work under direct portfolio growth targets in a competitive environment
  • Exceptional writing, verbal communication, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners across sales, product management, client service, and banking partners
