What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, the Senior Front-End Web Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing modern web experiences across our digital ecosystem. This role will partner closely with developers, designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable front-end systems, support website migrations and consolidation efforts, and transform Figma designs and design systems into reusable, high-performance web components and templates. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong executional speed, and the ability to independently deliver polished, production-ready solutions while leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development efficiency, scalability, and quality.

About the role:

We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Front-End Web Developer to join our growing web and digital experience team. This is an individual contributor role focused on building scalable, performant, and maintainable web experiences while helping modernize and streamline our broader digital ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines strong front-end engineering skills with systems thinking, speed, and attention to detail. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, collaborating across multiple teams, and independently driving projects from concept through implementation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex web challenges, building reusable systems, and using AI-assisted workflows to improve execution and scalability.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of experience in front-end web development
  • Deep expertise in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale website migrations, consolidations, and front-end modernization initiatives
  • Strong experience translating Figma designs and design systems into reusable front-end components and scalable page architectures
  • Experience building modular component libraries and scalable front-end systems
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, technical SEO, and web performance optimization
  • Experience working within modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD, and component-based architectures
  • Passionate about leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development speed, quality, and scalability
  • Able to work quickly and independently while maintaining a high standard for quality and maintainability
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred
  • Experience working with content management systems and web platforms including Contentful, Webflow, HubSpot, WordPress, and Wix
  • Experience working with Figma, design systems, and developer handoff workflows to translate designs into scalable, reusable front-end experiences
  • Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, cloud, or infrastructure environments
  • Familiarity with headless CMS architectures and composable web platforms
  • Experience integrating analytics, personalization, experimentation, or marketing automation platforms
  • Understanding of modern SEO/AEO and conversion optimization best practices
  • Experience contributing to scalable documentation and development standards

Wondering if you're a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we've found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we'd love to talk.

  • You care deeply about performance, quality, and user experience — not just visual output
  • You enjoy turning complex requirements into fast, reliable, and scalable web solutions
  • You think in systems and reusable components rather than one-off pages
  • You're comfortable moving quickly and adapting in fast-changing environments
  • You're proactive, resourceful, and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy
  • You're curious about how AI, cloud infrastructure, and modern web platforms are shaping the future of digital experiences
  • You value collaboration, empathy, and kindness, and understand that great teams build better products together
  • You lead with curiosity, humility, and respect when working across teams and disciplines
