Job Description:

This position is responsible for leading Free Cash Flow planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting activities. The individual will partner closely with Finance, Treasury, Supply Chain, Sales, Accounts Payable, Credit & Collections, and business leaders to deliver cash flow commitments, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actions that improve working capital performance. The role requires a strong combination of financial acumen, analytical capabilities, business partnership, and executive communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual Free Cash Flow forecasting processes.
  • Analyze and explain variances to plan, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key cash flow drivers.
  • Develop actionable insights around:
    • Accounts Receivable (Collections)
    • Accounts Payable (Payment Timing)
    • Inventory
    • Customer Deposits
    • Capital Expenditures
    • Working Capital optimization
  • Partner with business and finance leaders to identify cash improvement opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Support executive reviews by preparing concise, data-driven cash flow narratives and recommendations.
  • Drive forecast accuracy initiatives and continuously improve cash flow planning processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence business decisions impacting cash generation and working capital performance.
  • Develop automated reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve visibility and decision making.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong background in FP&A, Cash Flow, Treasury, Working Capital, Corporate Finance, or related areas.
  • Deep understanding of Free Cash Flow drivers and financial statements, including:
    • Cash Flow Statement
    • Balance Sheet
    • Income Statement
    • Working Capital metrics
  • Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret large data sets and convert findings into business recommendations.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear business implications.
  • Experience leading discussions with senior stakeholders and influencing actions without direct authority.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience with Power BI, data visualization tools, automation, or AI-enabled analytics is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to forecast accuracy.
