Job description

Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.
The part-time Building Attendant is an event-driven support position that works in the areas of housekeeping, snow removal, and grounds maintenance at Liberty First Credit Union Arena.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $21.00-$23.00
Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until October 23, 2026.
Liberty First Credit Union Arena is an indoor arena located in the Ralston/Omaha, Nebraska area. The 200,000 sq. ft. arena can accommodate up to 4,400 patrons and hosts 350,000+ attendees at upwards of 140 concerts, sporting events, family shows, and other events every year. The arena is home to the USHL Omaha Lancers Hockey team and the NAL Omaha Beef Football team. The arena is just two miles from the interstate and attracts concert goers from a 100-mile radius.
- Work individually and as a team to complete required projects and tasks, contributing to a professional, teamwork atmosphere.
- Clean and disinfect facilities.
- Responsible for safe and correct use of various equipment, including a variety of mops, brooms, shovels, scrapers, buffers/burnishers, rider sweepers, scrubbers, walk-behind scrubbers, blowers, vacuums, snow removal equipment, and others as required.
- Responsible for effective and safe use of various chemicals to be used as trained/directed in accordance with company, state, federal, and OSHA standards.
- Provide excellent guest service to internal and external clients and guests.
- Work on-site, maintain excellent attendance, and contribute to a safe & healthy work environment.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position in a large facility preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with a variety of mops, brooms, shovels, scrapers, buffers/burnishers, rider sweepers, scrubbers, walk-behind scrubbers, blowers, vacuums, and snow removal equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure event environment with thousands of people in attendance.
- Demonstrated positive and professional interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to follow multi-step directions provided by a team leader.
- Ability to accurately complete tasks independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn safe work practices in accordance with company policies/procedures and OSHA standards.
- Ability to work a flexible, event-driven schedule, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and shifts that may exceed 8 hours.
