Evaluates, designs, and implements programs, processes, and policies within the Office of Faculty Affairs to ensure efficiency and optimal department function.

JOB SUMMARY
Provides leadership and oversight to the UT Southwestern Medical Center Office of Faculty Affairs in the planning and implementation of programs, policies and procedures pertaining to the faculty of UT Southwestern Medical School, UT Southwestern School of Health Professions, and the Peter O'Donnell Jr. School of Public Health. Works under the direction of the Associate Vice Provost of Faculty Affairs as well as the Vice Provost and Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Career Development.
