  • Lead integration efforts between Cvent and other systems (CRM, marketing automation, SSO, data tools), ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

  • Translate event and stakeholder vision into fully realized digital experiences, proactively recommending enhancements and solutions.

  • Oversee all event technology components including registration, event apps, communications, surveys, reporting, and onsite tools.

  • Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and analytics insights to inform decision-making and measure success.

  • Support end-to-end event execution from concept through post-event analysis, with a strong focus on operational excellence.

  • Partner closely with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging, branding, and attendee experience.

  • Help establish and maintain best practices, templates, and standardized processes for event technology across the team.

  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners, including scoping, negotiation, and performance oversight.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event website design with a strong eye for user experience, branding, and functionality.

  • Hands-on experience with system integrations (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms, APIs, SSO) and understanding of data flow between systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to take a concept or vision and execute it independently, delivering high-quality results.

  • Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and collaborating across global teams.

  • Proven ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.

  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and external partners.
