Job description

Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an EUC/Desktop Engineer to support their End User Computing Deskside Services. The role involves providing IT support, resolving incidents, and managing mobile devices in an onsite capacity.
Responsibilities:
• Candidate must have 8-12 years of L1/L2 hands-on experience to support the End User Computing Deskside Services.
• Candidate should be proficient in English to provide the required IT services.
• Candidate must be ready to provide the support over the Phone Calls and Deskside support both which also includes the support during weekend as per monthly roster.
• This is Onsite customer location work and no offline or WFH allowed.
• Resolve Incidents and Service Requests tickets associated with EUC equipment, EUC software, IT applications, provide break/fix support, advice and assist to Customer Users, as needed.
• Provide equipment and hardware support including laptop, desktop devices, mobile devices, direct attached printers, local printers, scanners, and wireless networking.
• Mobile Device Management provides support to mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets as well as desktop devices such as engineering workstations.
• Leverage Customer’s EUC Mobile Device Management Tools to enable secure and remote support and operations.
• Configure and implement enterprise device group policies. Ensure that MDM processes follow all Customer defined security practices, including identity verification prior to enrolling new devices.
• Candidate must be fully COVID vaccinated (mandatory).
