Desktop Support

Client Site: Las Vegas, NV

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • A/V equipment support
  • Network closet cabling maintenance
  • Recommend hardware improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
  • Handle tickets in a timely manner
  • Experience with Service Now and Intune
  • Work independently or with managers or other techs
  • Have strong CS experience dealing with end-users, white glove/executive support
  • Provide regular feedback consistent with the needs of the team and the environment for ongoing improvements
  • Be able to work overtime when requested or necessary
  • Be able to multitask and prioritize many different projects, supporting multiple sites

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • A+ (strongly preferred)
  • 2-4+ years of enterprise technical experience
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Teachable
  • Able to hit the ground running
  • Able to pass a background check/drug test prior to starting
