Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Operations Software Analyst Seniors in Jacksonville, FL to engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of Application services from inception and design, through deployment, operation, and refinement. Understand the requirements and architect the software development life cycle workflows for applications to be hosted in Development, testing, Staging, Non-production, and Production environment. Implement several services by using the Docker engine for installing and running several Containerized Application Servers. Work closely with architecture, development, testing, security, and IT Services teams to provision, maintain and deploy various machines on Azure Virtual Machines using Ansible and Terraform state management capabilities. Develop numerous Azure Resource Manager templates, Elastic beanstalk environments understanding and gathering various client requirements, networking capabilities, cross account VPC peering to deploy the services at both ends. Work on FIS Software Deployments, New Clients On boardings, Troubleshooting with Clients and Working on Environmental issues. Work with multiple teams, including Development and Technology teams, to optimize customer experiences and share new ideas for continuous improvement projects. Focus on internal systems and system software that make up operating environments necessary to support critical operational service delivery processes across multiple production data centers.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Information Management or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: troubleshooting performance issues with applications connectivity and identifying resolutions for performance issues; working on continuous improvements for inhouse ground application, including Private Capital Suite - Infrastructure, Automation of Repetitive Tasks/Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Pipelines/Predictive Maintenance/Upgrading to a Centralized Knowledge Repository to optimize infrastructure and workflows; monitoring and analyzing infrastructure performance; utilizing tools including private capital suite, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, Azure, and AKS; facilitating reliability engineering technologies including Splunk, Tryambak and Dynatrace. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above-listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above-listed skills.
