Job description

The Katherine Thomas School, a Program of TLC-The Treatment and Learning Centers in Rockville, is recognized in the community as a leading, cutting-edge school that has been serving the community for over 25 years providing educational services to students with special needs. EOE
The school seeks to hire a full-time Lower/Middle School Education Director to start with the 2026/2027 school year. This is a 12 month position.
The Education Director is responsible for, in collaboration with the Lower/Middle School Director, the development, implementation, and supervision of the educational programs, including supervising instructional teams, overseeing implementation of IEPs, developing student schedules, supporting students, staff, and families, and ensuring compliance with MSDE requirements.
Salary of $90,000 to $115,000, based on experience and education.
