TikTok Commerce Strategy Lead
The TikTok Commerce Strategy Lead is responsible for developing the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for TikTok Shop growth. This role focuses on building scalable strategies across content commerce, creator partnerships, livestream selling, campaigns, and marketplace expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define TikTok Shop growth strategy and long-term business roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
  • Develop strategic plans across creators, affiliates, livestream commerce, and paid marketing.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and TikTok platform updates.
  • Establish performance goals, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital commerce, social commerce, marketplace strategy, or growth marketing.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok ecosystem, consumer behavior, and social shopping trends.
  • Experience developing and executing growth strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing partnerships with creators, agencies, affiliates, or external vendors.
