We are looking for an E-Commerce Analyst to join a fast-moving organization in Madison, Wisconsin. Responsibilities:

• Analyze e-commerce performance data to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and support decisions that improve digital sales outcomes.

• Manage and optimize BigCommerce platform activity, ensuring product presentation, site functionality, and user experience align with business goals.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance online storefront performance across marketplace and direct-to-consumer channels.

• Evaluate conversion behavior and recommend practical improvements that strengthen the customer journey and increase transaction success rates.

• Use technical tools, reporting methods, and emerging AI capabilities to streamline analysis and generate actionable insights more efficiently.

• Support ongoing enhancement efforts across e-commerce applications, including updates, testing, and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
