RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer to join a growing enterprise technology team supporting a large-scale Microsoft ERP environment.
Overview:
This role will focus heavily on Finance-related functionality, system enhancements, integrations, and process automation within D365 F&O. The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing customizations, extensions, and integrations within Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly across financial modules. This individual will work closely with internal technical and functional teams to improve scalability, streamline workflows, and enhance overall platform performance.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative Microsoft-focused environment undergoing significant business growth and modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 F&O solutions and functionality
* Build customizations, extensions, workflows, and integrations
* Support Finance-focused business processes and automation efforts
* Improve communication and data flow between ERP modules and external systems
* Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and environment management activities
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration-related issues
* Collaborate with functional teams to support solution delivery and system improvements
* Support secure handling of financial and sensitive business data
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O development experience
Strong experience with D365 Finance modules such as:
* General Ledger (GL)
* Accounts Payable (AP)
* Accounts Receivable (AR)
* Budgeting
* Procurement/Purchasing
* Experience with X++ development
* Experience developing customizations, extensions, and integrations
* Experience working with APIs, interfaces, or external system integrations
* Understanding of financial systems and ERP business processes
* Experience with Dynamics lifecycle management, deployments, or environment support
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience:
* AX 2012 to D365 F&O migration experience
* Supply Chain module exposure
* Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, or CI/CD processes
* Microsoft ecosystem experience including Azure or Power Platform

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
