Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions via live video to adult clients, tailoring approaches based on individual needs and therapeutic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to ensure holistic care and comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Utilize automated self-assessments and therapeutic tracking tools to monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary based on empirical data.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and team consultations, seeking and providing support to enhance therapeutic techniques and improve client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult patients seeking mental health support, particularly those dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other emotional difficulties. You will employ a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to diverse client backgrounds and individual circumstances, ensuring the highest quality of personalized care.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • A valid and active state license as a LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is essential to provide quality mental health services.
  • Demonstrated competency in providing telehealth services, particularly to diverse adolescent and young adult populations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective therapy and client rapport.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
