ResponsibilitiesReady to Drive New Business Growth in the Southeast?

We're looking for a strategic, relationship-driven sales professional to help expand Personify Health's impact across the Southeast. As our Enterprise Sales Director, you'll partner with employers, consultants, and executive decision-makers to understand their business challenges and deliver solutions that improve employee health, engagement, and business outcomes.

This is a consultative, enterprise sales role where you'll own your territory, build meaningful client relationships, and manage complex sales opportunities from initial outreach through contract execution. You'll collaborate closely with internal partners to deliver a seamless client experience while helping organizations transform the way they support the health and wellbeing of their people.

What You'll Do
  • Territory ownership: Own and grow the Southeast territory by developing and executing a strategic territory plan that drives new client acquisition and long-term revenue growth.
  • Full-cycle sales: Lead complex enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close while partnering with internal stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Business development: Build a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting, consultant relationships, networking, industry events, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Solution expertise: Develop deep knowledge of Personify Health's integrated health, wellbeing, navigation, and care solutions to effectively align our capabilities with prospective clients' business goals
  • Achieve growth goals: Meet and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets through disciplined territory planning, consultative selling, and effective pipeline management.
  • Build trusted relationships: Establish credibility with HR, Benefits, Finance, and executive leaders by understanding their priorities and serving as a strategic advisor throughout the buying process.
  • Manage the sales process: Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities, maintain accurate forecasts, and drive complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Deliver compelling presentations: Lead executive conversations and product demonstrations that clearly connect Personify Health's solutions to each client's workforce, health, and business objectives.
  • Partner across the organization: Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Implementation, Client Success, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from signed agreement through implementation.
  • Provide market insights: Maintain accurate forecasting while sharing competitive intelligence, market trends, and customer feedback to help shape sales strategy and product direction.
QualificationsWhat You'll BringExperience & Background
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience within a healthcare of wellbeing company 
  • Demonstrated success consistently exceeding new business revenue goals and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience selling strategic, value-based solutions to C-suite executives and senior business leaders within large organizations.
  • Proven ability to develop executive relationships, navigate complex buying committees, and close high-value, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
  • Located in NC, SC, GA, FL and willing to travel 60% 
Skills & Expertise
  • Strong consultative selling and business development skills with the ability to uncover client challenges and align solutions to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and virtual presentation platforms.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $140,000 to $170,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
