The Opportunity
As we expand and grow our portfolio and pipeline, we are seeking a Director, Digital Marketing - U.S. to lead the digital marketing strategy and omnichannel execution to accelerate customer engagement, demand generation, and commercial growth across healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers for Hugel's portfolio of aesthetic products in the US.
Reporting to the VP, U.S. Marketing, this role will work in close partnership with Product/Brand Marketing, this role translates brand strategy into best-in-class digital experiences across paid, owned, and earned channels. The Director will lead the development of the company's digital ecosystem-including websites, CRM, marketing automation, paid media, social media, email marketing, analytics, and marketing technology to deliver measurable business outcomes throughout the customer journey. This role has ownership over digital strategy, omnichannel orchestration, digital website, email marketing, paid media, CRM, etc.
This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, ensuring every digital touchpoint is optimized, measurable, compliant, and aligned with commercial priorities. The Director will serve as the organization's digital subject matter expert, partnering across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial Operations, and IT to continuously improve customer experience and digital performance

What You'll Do
Digital Strategy & Omnichannel Excellence
  • Own the digital marketing strategy and roadmap across paid, owned, and earned channels, and manage all paid social campaigns for our portfolio.
  • Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget across channels, reporting on ROI, CAC, LTV, and pipeline/revenue impact to executive leadership for professional and consumer audiences

Digital Activation & Campaign Execution
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns tailoring messaging and channels to build and optimize the brands, and report on analytics and trends. Use data-driven analysis to quickly prove and disprove hypotheses on what will drive the highest performance from the channel.
  • Translate materials into compelling, compliant digital campaigns that reach both healthcare providers (HCPs) and consumers, while partnering closely with Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Sales to ensure every asset meets industry compliance standards

Website, CRM & Marketing Technology
  • Oversee website strategy, UX, and conversion rate optimization in partnership with design and web development resources.
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and paid media partners; negotiate contracts and hold partners accountable to KPIs.

Digital Analytics & Performance
  • Partner with Regulatory Affairs and Medical/Legal review teams to ensure all digital content and claims are compliant with FDA, FTC, and relevant medical advertising regulations.
  • Lead the creative development and deployment of insight-driven, channel-specific, and personalized content.
  • Leverage data and insights to guide decision-making, measure performance, and continuously improve impact

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing related roles, with at least 3-5 years of that experience in aesthetics, beauty or pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong operational discipline and launch execution
  • Executive-level communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision ability to operate autonomously with high ownership
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as required
  • Ability to work in an office environment, and sit, stand or use computer for extended period of time

Compensation
The most likely base pay range for this position is $190,000 - $220,000 per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individual's exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation at Hugel Aesthetics. The total compensation could include base salary, bonuses, and equity awards.
