This position provides an opportunity to influence system design, technical strategy, and program execution while supporting high-visibility Department of Defense initiatives.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead the Systems Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) supporting the Resolute Sentry Program.* Direct and coordinate systems engineering activities across requirements, architecture, design, integration, verification, validation, and transition.* Develop and maintain Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) artifacts using SysML and related digital engineering tools and methodologies.* Manage system requirements development, allocation, traceability, and change control processes.* Facilitate technical reviews including SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and system verification activities.* Collaborate with government stakeholders, program management, software engineering, cybersecurity, test, and operational teams.* Ensure engineering products comply with customer requirements, digital engineering standards, and applicable DoD guidance.* Support risk management, technical planning, and engineering decision-making activities.* Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while fostering a collaborative engineering culture.* Provide status, metrics, and technical recommendations to program leadership and customer organizations.**Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.* Minimum 10 years of Systems Engineering experience supporting complex defense, aerospace, intelligence, or national security programs.* **Clearance Requirement:** TS with SCI eligibility.
