Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced Director - Delivery & Growth with strong Semiconductor domain expertise to lead large enterprise delivery engagements and drive strategic customer growth. The ideal candidate should have deep experience managing end-to-end delivery programs across Infrastructure, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Applications for semiconductor/manufacturing clients.

The candidate must have experience managing large enterprise accounts and working directly with CIOs and executive leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for semiconductor enterprise accounts
  • Manage Infrastructure, Digital, and Enterprise Application transformation programs
  • Drive strategic account growth and customer success
  • Partner with CIOs, CXOs, and executive stakeholders
  • Lead delivery governance, escalations, SLAs, KPIs, and operational excellence
  • Manage global onsite/offshore delivery teams
  • Support solutioning, presales, and account expansion initiatives
  • Own delivery financials including P&L, forecasting, and resource planning

Required Experience

  • 15+ years of IT industry experience
  • Strong Delivery Leadership / Account Management background
  • Experience managing large semiconductor/manufacturing accounts
  • Strong exposure to PLM, MES, Manufacturing IT, Engineering Systems, and Supply Chain programs
  • Experience working with CIO/CXO stakeholders
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar enterprise engagements
