  • Use AI-enabled tools, where appropriate, to support documentation, meeting summaries, backlog organization, research, reporting insights, and process improvement opportunities.

  • Coordinate with engineering, QA, and UX partners to help ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and delivery timelines.

  • Assist with documentation of delivery processes, playbooks, and best practices to support continuous improvement across the team.

  • Conduct research on Agile/delivery management tools, industry trends, and process improvements, and present findings to the team.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project/Program Management, or related field.

  • Strong interest in software product management, Agile delivery, technology delivery, AI-enabled productivity, or project/program management.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset; comfortable working with data and reporting tools.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools is a plus.
