Join the Data Center Business Operations team as Director of Organizational Enablement, where you will lead the programs, communications, tools, and experiences that help our growing organization operate effectively and scale successfully.

Key responsibilities include:

Organizational Change Management

  • Develop and execute change management strategies that support the adoption of new organizational structures, processes, tools, programs, and ways of working.
  • Create comprehensive change plans that address stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement.
  • Partner with initiative owners and senior leaders to assess organizational impacts, identify potential resistance, and develop actionable mitigation strategies.
  • Establish repeatable change management standards, tools, and templates that can be applied consistently across the Data Center organization.
  • Measure change readiness, adoption, and effectiveness, using feedback and performance data to refine implementation strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted change advisor and advocate for transparent, thoughtful, and employee-centered organizational transformation.

Employee Engagement

  • Develop inclusive and scalable approaches for recognizing employee and team contributions across functions, regions, and levels.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, organizational events, leadership forums, and other programs that strengthen connection and belonging across the division.
  • Gather employee feedback and translate insights into practical recommendations that improve the organizational experience.

Onboarding and Employee Experience

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve a consistent onboarding program for employees joining the Data Center organization.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers, Human Resources, Information Technology, and functional leaders to ensure new employees receive the information, tools, access, and connections needed to become productive quickly.
  • Measure onboarding effectiveness through employee feedback, participation, completion rates, and other indicators.

Building blocks for success

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, organizational effectiveness, change management, internal communications, employee engagement, knowledge management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and leading enterprise or divisional organizational enablement programs.
  • Strong change management capabilities, including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, readiness assessment, adoption measurement, and resistance management.
  • Experience creating executive communications, newsletters, organizational updates, presentations, and employee-facing content.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and administer employee engagement, award, recognition, onboarding, or organizational health programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret employee feedback and organizational data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling messages.
  • Strong program and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish structure, and operate effectively in a rapidly growing and evolving organization.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, judgment, accountability, and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, Change Management, or a related field.
  • Experience designing scalable onboarding, knowledge management, or organizational learning programs.
  • Experience supporting a geographically distributed or global organization.
  • Experience working in data centers, infrastructure, real estate, or another rapidly scaling business environment.
  • Demonstrated willingness and capability to leverage emerging technologies, automation, and AI tools to improve communication, knowledge access, employee experience, and operational efficiency while exercising sound judgment and accountability for outcomes.

Hiring Salary Range of: $154,000 - $200,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target & LTI) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
