Culinary Director

We are seeking a talented and passionate Culinary Director to lead and inspire our culinary team at our esteemed assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in culinary management, dedicated to enhancing the dining experience for our residents through quality, nutrition, and innovative menu offerings.

- Oversee the planning, preparation, and presentation of all meals served in the facility.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of our residents, ensuring variety and seasonal offerings.
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the facility's administrative team to align culinary services with residents' wellness goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality ingredients within budget.
