This entails sourcing and driving new sales leads through prospecting activities via phone, email, internet/social and other marketing campaigns. Develop and implement sales strategy in order to achieve sales quota and NMS goals that align with NMS's sales philosophy. *Qualifications include but not limited to:High School or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of related business-to-business (B2B) experience preferably in the credit card industry.Prior experience in a faced-paced, high-volume outbound sales environment (e.g. 100+ calls daily).Demonstrate a hunter mentality with drive, persistence, and resilience to prospect consistently and overcome objections.Comfortable with being on video camera while engaging with clients/customers, attending company/department meetings, etc. as required.Prior experience with payment processing products and solutionsExperience in business development/lead generation sales and marketing preferred.Strong knowledge of the credit card industry a plus.Passion for sales and technology with experience prospecting and closing inside/outside sales.Demonstrate the tenacity to overcome barriers using consultative selling methods.Strong organizational, follow-up and time management skillsBilingual is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills with the desire and ability to build long-term relationships.Desire to work in and be a part of an organization that thrives on hard work and success.Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.Excellent listening skills and ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced business environment.Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.Resourceful with the ability to learn new products, services and processes quickly.Must be self-motivated, persuasive, tenacious, and results driven.Exudes confidence, charisma, and professionalism.Possess a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.Competent computer skills. *Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:Generate new business opportunities through proactive cold calling and prospecting, with an expectation of setting 8+ qualified appointments per day.Enhance customer experience and build relationships by presenting a professional image as you represent the company while being camera ready in accordance with company policies and procedures.Engage business owners and decision-makers in meaningful conversations to uncover payment-processing needs and identify opportunities to improve their current solutions.Prospect new business using a variety of networking techniques such as cold calls, texts, emails, social engagement, and events.Effectively communicate the value of payment-processing solutions and create enough interest to advance qualified prospects to the next stage of the sales process.Research and analyze the potential client or referral's business, industry, etc. to determine the best product and/or solution for the client's needs.Educate, consult, and navigate clients towards the appropriate NMS and its affiliates' products and solutions.Develop new business opportunities with existing clients in order to expand our clientele and build our business.Solve the client's business needs with the right products and services in a prompt and professional manner.Manage a pipeline of prospects to qualify potential leads and move qualified leads into and through the sales funnel.Prepare the client proposals using pricing within set guidelines.Self-source leads when necessary.Take ownership of daily activity and results, maintaining the urgency and discipline necessary to achieve or exceed established sale goals.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with outside sales and marketing.Schedule meetings both in the office and out in the field to present and demo products, services and/or solutions.Ensure professional communication following the NMS telephone etiquette, greeting and salutation.Consistently meet or exceed established call, contact, appointment, and conversion KPIs. The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $75,000 per year. NewtekOne offers a competitive salary and compensation program to reward your results.
